	Umfang	Äußerer Umfang des Geschosses entlang der äußeren Umfassungsbauteilen, die die Fassade bilden. Innere Öffnungen, z.B. von inneren Deckenöffnungen, werden nicht mit einbezogen.
	Gross Perimeter	Perimeter of the outer contour of the building story without taking interior slab openings into account.
	周辺長	建物階の外側の周辺長。内部スラブの開口は考慮しない。

	Bruttogrundfläche	Summe aller Bruttogrundflächen der Räume und der Konstruktionsfläuchen aufgehender Bauelemente im Geschoss. Kann zusätzlich zu den einzelnen Mengen der Räume und aufgehenden Bauelementen angegeben werden. Bei Inkonsistenz zählen die einzelnen Mengen der Räume und aufgehenen Bauelementen.
	Gross Floor Area	Sum of all gross areas of spaces within the building storey. It includes the area of construction elements within the building storey. May be provided in addition to the quantities of the spaces and the construction elements assigend to the storey. In case of inconsistencies, the individual quantities of spaces and construction elements take precedence.
	床面積	建物階の部屋の全面積を集計したもの。建物を構成する建築部材の面積も含む。

NetFloorArea

Q_AREA

	Nettogrundfläche	Summe aller Nettogrundflächen der Räume im Geschoss. Kann zusätzlich zu den einzelnen Mengen der Räume angegeben werden. Bei Inkonsistenz zählen die einzelnen Mengen der Räume.
	Net Floor Area	Sum of all net areas of spaces within the building storey. It excludes the area of construction elements within the building storey. May be provided in addition to the quantities of the spaces assigend to the storey. In case of inconsistencies, the individual quantities of spaces take precedence.
	正味床面積	建物階の部屋の全面積を集計したもの。建物を構成する建築部材の面積も除外したもの。

	Bruttorauminhalt	Summe aller Bruttorauminhalte der Räume eines Geschosses, inklusive der Volumen der Baulemente (Gesamtrauminhalt, der von den äußeren Begrenzungsflächen umschlossen wird). Kann zusätzlich zu den einzelnen Mengen der Räume und Bauelemente angegeben werden. Bei Inkonsistenz zählen die einzelnen Mengen der Räume und Bauelemente.
	Gross Volume	Sum of all gross volumes of spaces enclosed by the building storey. It includes the volumes of construction elements within the building storey. May be provided in addition to the quantities of the spaces and the construction elements assigend to the storey. In case of inconsistencies, the individual quantities of spaces and construction elements take precedence.
