WarrantyStartDate	P_SINGLEVALUE / IfcDate	Warranty Start Date The date on which the warranty commences.
WarrantyEndDate	P_SINGLEVALUE / IfcDate	Warranty End Date The date on which the warranty expires.
IsExtendedWarranty	P_SINGLEVALUE / IfcBoolean	Is Extended Warranty Indication of whether this is an extended warranty whose duration is greater than that normally assigned to an artefact (=TRUE) or not (= FALSE).
WarrantyPeriod	P_SINGLEVALUE / IfcDuration	Warranty Period The time duration during which a manufacturer or supplier guarantees or warrants the performance of an artefact.
WarrantyContent	P_SINGLEVALUE / IfcText	Warranty Content The content of the warranty.
